This one-on-one online course meets once per week, over 6 weeks, for about 2 hours with each session so you can learn about mindfulness meditation and practice different meditation techniques.

Cost $399
Before you pay for the course, contact Lisa to schedule it first.
Once you have scheduled the course, you can pay with credit card here or you can pay by Zelle or Venmo.
Course Cancellation
When canceling the mindfulness meditation course, it must be done in writing.
Email me at lisa@symmetryalliance.com to let me know that you are canceling.
Course Refund Policy
If you cancel before Session 3, you’ll receive a refund of $349 ($399 minus $50 service fee).
If you cancel the course before Session 4, 5, or 6, there are no refunds.
